Kwanto was engaged by the funders of the project to provide our professional services throughout the duration of the project. Our role included providing an initial cost estimate, reviewing the builders' tenders and financially managing the project to ensure it performed to budget.

The overall scope of this project was a complete renovation of the existing dwelling, whilst seamlessly incorporating a modern addition to the rear of the house. This improved the indoor-outdoor flow of the family home, whilst maintaining its iconic appeal within the neighbourhood.

Despite several enhancements being made after the works had begun, construction costs still came within 1% of cost budget, which made for a very satisfied client. The house went onto the market and was promptly sold within a matter of weeks.
