Kwanto was engaged in 2014 by the Body Corporate to financially
manage the remedial project throughout construction, including
budget reporting and apportionment of costs to the units.
There were challenges along the way with delays caused by
building consent amendments and minor variations.
We attended committee meetings and kept the Body Corporate up to
date with our budget reports and assessment of payment claims to
ensure our clients were getting a fair price.
