Architects this home offers a large living wing adjacent a 2 storey
bedroom wing. The central courtyard and the terrace areas both
offer access to the spa and swimming pool area.
Kwanto was involved in providing cost consultancy
services throughout the project including estimation and cost
planning, contract price negotiation, financial and value
management, and agreeing the final account.
