During the design phase of the project the plans and details will be agreed.  You may only have sketch designs or resource consent drawings but want to have a clearer idea of the budget commitment for the project before you get further along the process.
Alternatively, you may already have detailed plans and preparing to apply for building consent.  At this stage we are able to work alongside you and your project team to assist in confirming costs for your project.
Kwanto can provide a range of services at this stage of your project to help nail down costs.

Estimation and cost planning

Cost planning enables the costs of a project to be assessed and monitored during the design phase. This process allows the project team to plan for good value at a realistic level of expenditure.
